Field-Based Animal Rescue & Wildlife Protection Base

Beheshte Vahsh | Qazvin is a non-profit, field-based initiative dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and protection of native, semi-wild, and wild animals inhabiting the mountainous ecosystems surrounding the city of Qazvin. Designed as the operational arm of Samaneh Heyvanat, this project focuses primarily on free-ranging native dogs, wild birds, and vulnerable wildlife species affected by habitat loss, human–wildlife conflict, and climate stress.
This proposal presents a six-month operational plan accompanied by a transparent budget framework to attract institutional donors, corporate social responsibility (CSR) partners, and individual supporters.
